You may reset your Microsoft 365 account password.
1. Go to www.office.com
2. Click Sign in
3. Enter your username: [email protected] or [email protected] > click Next
4. Click the Forgot my password below the Enter password
5. Enter the requested information
6. You need to verify via a code that will be sent to your mobile number or email. Microsoft requires you to input your active mobile number and alternative email address for verification.
7. Check your mobile or email for a message and enter the code:
8. You can now enter a new password and click finish. Afterwards try your new password.
