Can't Login To Microsoft O365 Username or Password Issue

1. Make sure that the username and password you're typing is correct. Remember that the user name should be complete (e.g [email protected])

2. If you have a capitalized letter or number included in the username or password, check if the Caps Lock/Num Lock on the keyboard is on.

3. If you are still unable to login, contact the ITC office and ask for a password reset.
