Error message:  


Username?Password incorrect

1. Make sure that the username and password you're typing is correct.


2. If you have a capitalized letter or number included in the username or password, check if the Caps Lock/Num Lock on the keyboard is on.


3. If you are still getting the same error message, please contact the ITC Office and ask for a password reset. 



No Network Logon Servers Available 


1. Check the network cable if it is firmly plugged in at both ends.

2. Check the network status on the computer by clicking / hovering the cursor on the network icon at the bottom right of the screen    .

  • If the status is connected to SMCL Local then try to restart your computer and login.
  • If the status is not connected then check the network cable again and restart the computer

3. If it still doesn't work then raise a ticket and contact the ITC office.
