1. Windows may automatically restart after displaying a blue screen.


2. If you get a Windows startup menu upon reboot, choose ‘Start Windows Normally’ and check if the problem goes away.


3. If Windows has not automatically restarted after displaying a blue screen, press Ctrl & Alt & Del keys on the keyboard all at the same time to restart the machine, or do a hard reboot of the computer. 


4. If the bluescreen appears several times please contact the ITC office to check for possible software or hardware issue.


NOTE: 


Bluescreen usually happens due to a malfunctioning hardware or an outdated software. So please, take note of the last thing you did on your computer before it goes on a Bluescreen and notify the ITC personnel so that they can immediately pin point the software or hardware causing the issue.
