1. Make sure the monitor is on.
2. Check if the monitor is properly plugged into the computer.
3. Check if the power cable is securely plugged into the monitor.
4. Some computers have multiple display ports, verify that the monitor is plugged into the correct one.
5. There are instances that the monitor is too dark, so make sure the brightness and the contrast levels of the monitor is visible.
6. Try to move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard to check if the screensaver has not activated or the computer has not gone to sleep mode.
If there is still no display on the monitor even after following the above steps, please contact the ITC office for a monitor replacement if necessary.
